Family Court Support (Adelaide metro)

Family Court Support volunteers attend court with women who don’t have friends or family to go with them. Many of the cases involve domestic violence and the court process can be daunting and difficult to navigate. Volunteers provide information about the court and its processes, sit with the woman before and during the hearing, and provide a listening ear.

We will provide you with a comprehensive training program, a minimum of 2 ‘Buddy’ shifts and a supportive work environment in a women-centred program.
