To continue to conversations around women's health and menopause and more beyond IWD, we're bringing the screening of @themfactorfilm followed by a discussion panel featuring some of Adelaide’s leading voices in women’s health and wellbeing around Menopause, including Megan Hayward, Suzi Evans, Margherita Officer and more to be announced soon, as we dig into the deeper topics raised in the film.

Together we will unpack the real-life experiences of women, men, family, friends, and employers and normalise the conversations around menopause together!

With our voices and this groundbreaking documentary, we will continue to challenge the stigma, elevate awareness, and advocate for systemic change, ensuring that no woman has to face the journey of menopause alone.

Right now, a woman you know is either starting, going through or living post menopause. This event is for every Women, Husband, Family Member, Friend, Employer and person who wants to learn and understand more help to Shred the Silence on Menopause.

With your support we will bring visibility to a subject too often kept in the shadows, because this is no longer just a women’s issue. With 1 Billion menopausal women globally, we can no longer let it impact our careers, relationships, and health the way it did for the generations of women before us.
