120th Anniversary of Women's Suffrage
18 December 2014 marked the 120th anniversary of the passing of the Adult Suffrage Bill in the South Australian Parliament. This Bill enfranchised women and gave them the right to vote for members of the Legislative Council and the House of Assembly.
